Prof. C.B. Singh is a prominent scholar with a PhD in Economics and a rich academic and administrative background. His career journey includes various significant roles and achievements. He commenced his academic path as a UGC/ICAR Research Fellow from 1989 to 1992, showcasing his early dedication to research. Subsequently, he held positions as a Lecturer from 1994 to 1999 and then advanced to Assistant Professor from 1999 to 2011, eventually becoming an Associate Professor in 2011 and later a Professor in the Department of Banking, Economics & Finance from 2014. Prof. Singh's commitment to academia extended to leadership roles as he served as the Head of the Department of Banking, Economics & Finance during December 2010 to December 2013 and again from June 25, 2018, to the present day. He further assumed the role of Dean of Arts Faculty at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, India, starting in July 2017, and even took on the responsibilities of Finance Officer for a brief period from October 12 to 25, 2021. His influence goes beyond the academic sphere, as he has served as the Director of the Institute of Agricultural Science. Prof. C.B.
