Dr. Zeryl Joy M. Fiscal is an accomplished educator and psychology professional with over two decades of experience in teaching, academic leadership, and program development. Her career reflects a strong commitment to shaping quality education, promoting student development, and advancing the field of industrial and behavioral psychology. She currently serves as an Associate Professor I at the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) - Siniloan Campus, where she continues to inspire future professionals through her dedication to teaching and service. Dr. Fiscal holds a Doctor of Philosophy major in Industrial Psychology from the Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, conferred in August 2025. She earned her Master of Arts in Education major in Psychology from Union College in 2014 and completed her Certificate in Teaching Proficiency at LSPU in 2010. Her foundational training comes from the University of Santo Tomas, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science in 1999. Over the years, she has taken on vital administrative roles that helped shape academic programs and institutional policies. She served as the Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at LSPU - Siniloan from 2012 to 2022, demonstrating exceptional leadership in curriculum enhancement, faculty coordination, and student support. Prior to this, she held the positions of Assistant Dean (2011-2012) and Program Head for the BS Psychology program (2010-2011), where she played a key role in strengthening psychology education in the institution. Dr. Fiscal's teaching career spans more than 24 years, beginning as an Instructor I at LSPU - Los Banos in 2000. She steadily rose through the academic ranks, including Instructor II, Instructor III, Assistant Professor II, and Assistant Professor IV, before assuming her current role as Associate Professor I. Her journey reflects continuous growth, professional development, and an unwavering dedication to student learning and academic excellence.
