Prof. Sunil Kumar Tiwari is a professor and head at Awadhesh Pratap Singh University in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. He has 16 years of experience in academia and administration. Prof. Tiwari holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University. He has held various administrative positions, including Dean of Faculty and Executive Council Member. Prof. Tiwari has published books and articles in national and international journals. He has participated in conferences and presented on topics related to higher education and human resource development. He has consulting experience, including conducting management development programs. He has received awards and fellowships for his contributions to education and research. Prof. Tiwari has successfully guided 17 Ph.D. and 20 M.Phil. scholars. He has also visited Oxford University in London and the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur for academic purposes.

Dr. Richa Tiwari is currently working as Assistant Professor in Centre for Management Studies, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bengaluru (IN). Her research areas include work culture, organizational productivity, and employee engagement. Prior to the role, she worked as Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in the Human Resource Area and along with a rich corporate experience in diverse roles of assistant manager human resources, public relations and editorials. She is an FDP alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and MBA from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She holds certification in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and other certifications in management areas from institutes like Academy of Management, USA, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, NIIT, INDAM to name a few. Her research work has appeared in multiple international ABDC indexed & Peer-reviewed journals. She also presented her work in conferences across the management world for events of IITs, IIMs, EDII, INDAM, AOM, KJ Somaiya.
